Stories are built on the characters that inhabit them, but we don’t often spend a lot of time learning how to make them interesting and important. Through this series of activities, students will learn a way of quickly building powerful and memorable characters for their stories.

This is designed for upper elementary students, but can easily be adapted for use with primary grade or middle-school students.

This activity contains a graphic organizer and instructions for guiding students through developing some of the coolest and most curious characters they have ever created.
