Social emotional learning has become very big in education over the past few years. Educators are beginning to realize your cannot Blooms until you Maslow, meaning a student has to feel emotionally safe and secure before they can show their learning potential. This is especially true amongst gifted students whose overexitabilities can cause additional stress and anxiety.

This lesson is a 10 week guide for running advisory groups amongst gifted students. You would need about an hour a lesson and these can be done over the course of the year.
