Teacher leaders and school leaders must use a variety of “tactics” (a.k.a. navigations) when working and collaborating with others.  Through the lens of various popular “swim strokes” that we have all heard of, this activity will provide you with a deep reflection opportunity and analysis of the circumstances, situations, and contexts that any leader might face in a school, district, or other organization at any level.
